- Our Projects -

Meeting the Population needs

Short term micro-economy projects

These projects are designed to impact the daily local life conditions right away especially for the food and the economy.

To do so, the entire population, women, children and adults, will be trained/ educated and assisted on the field.

Trainers will be our volunteers: students, professionals during their free time or even young retired... coming from France or other countries.

Improving the Futur

Mid and long term macro-economic projects
These are ambitious projects designed to improve the environment and local life conditions of all on the long run.

Without proper roads, it is challenging to transport productions and develop commerce or even tourism.

Without electric energy, there is no light, thus no activity is possible by night. There is no engine working so no exploitation of the fossil resources.

These aspects are related to the economy but also to the security of people; women and young ladies who are walking in dark streets.

These ambitious projects address to international founders like (IMF, FAO,..).

Art & Culture

Personal development and self-esteem

Our specific program is dedicated to the youth and kids to develop their creativity and open new horizons.

This is also an opportunity of promotion for the local artists.

We will develop workshops with professionals of different artistic fields (filmmakers, photographs, painters...).

Automatization of women

Economy and alphabetization training project

Just like in many countries of the world, women are the society's foundations and play a primordial role in the economic & social evolution for their family and locally.

In order to allow them to be independent and complete a family budget, GED will reinforce their managing skills and give them access to personal micro-credit. They will be able to develop small activities (commerce, vegetable patches, fruit drying, etc..) and organize cooperatives.

Health training project

The current situation is the one of emergency. There is a crucial need to learn how to perform first aid in case of a natural disaster or epidemics and how to react to avoid diseases. This is the only way to prevent death during these catastrophic events.

It is also a necessity to inform young ladies to the base of family planning because of unwanted pregnancies rates.

Farming and seeding project

The first step is mainly to guarantee basic food supply. CDC will help providing means such as blocks of lands, tooling, supervising...

The association will also collect donation of seeds and small tooling that will allow women to grow a communal vegetable patch for the workers. This garden will provide a secondary source of food and source of revenue by selling their productions.

Fruits are largely available but there is no available techniques to stock them or sell them for future consumption. Local populations do not master drying solutions. It is necessary to use volunteers to train women to create wooden dryers, control the drying process, stock and sell.

Children and Teenagers

Kids cafeteria project
The main goal is to feed kids who currently are going to school starving.
CDC (the Compagnie de Développement des Caraïbes) will provide the food.

Despite kitchen supplies, the primary need is to have professionals in this area coming to volunteer and help develop this project.

Children day care center project
Women who have babies face challenges to find a job especially due to their schedules. The association will develop day care centers with professional volunteers who will train local women

Education help project

Books and school supplies are collected in France to allow local kids to get better material conditions for school.

After school, volunteers will help kids for their home works and tutoring.

Cultural project
- Even though Haiti's main language is Creole, the island is francophone. A huge collection of books in France will allow to equip local structures. Individuals, libraries and even publishers will participate in this collection.

- Creating local libraries that are almost non existent today with staff we will train and "bibliobus" (itinerant library buses).
- Creating activities, events and exhibitions of young local artists (cinema, artistic creations, etc..). This project will be put together by French actors, directors and artists.

Young adults & Adults

Artisan technic workshops project
To train is to inform. Giving access to a diversity of possibilities in small commerce, handicraft, agriculture, etc...

There are many opportunities to develop; from the waste management (plastic, metal, agricultural...) to projects of small commerce thanks to traditional techniques. There is also a lot to develop in the new technologies fields. There is a need of practical and specific trainings only possible thanks to volunteers.

The main objective is that trained people will be able to create their own economic activities, group of companies and even cooperatives.

Helping them selling locally is a huge way to make them grow.
